The highly advanced Placement Cell is headed by a full time Placement & Training Officer with wide industrial experience. The campus is spread over a huge area and has a well equipped hostel for the benefit of the students. The Aeronautical Engineering department of the institute started its journey in the year 1949 and is the oldest department of the country in this particular
field. The institute operates an active placement cell and there is a campus recruitment drive every year. Some of the top companies from India and abroad visit the campus for procurement of employees.
